Which is better - eHarmony or Match Affinity?
We've had a quite a few emails about this, so we thought we'd compare the two so you can decide which is right for you:
Both are big players, their sites are professional and easy to navigate, plus the quality and quantity of members is high.
In terms of pricing, there's not a huge difference: Match.com is £19.99 per month for a 3 month membership eHarmony is £22.95 per month for a 3 month membership
They're both compatibility dating sites, so you do need to spend a bit of time completing their questionnaires, so they can match you with potential dates.
The real difference between eHarmony and Match Affinity is this:
eHarmony will match you with suitable members, but you can't search and make contact off your own bat. Match Affinity not only matches you, but allows you to contact members that you think might be suitable.
Personally I'll always prefer to be able to search and contact other members myself, so Match Affinity would be my choice (they also have a 3 day free trial). However, if you're a little shy or just don't have the time to search and contact other members, then eHarmony is the site for you. eHarmony.com is quick and painless and you could be on a date by the weekend!
